Frame:
Steel support uses 40*60 cold rolled rectangular steel pipe, supporting column uses the same size steel pipe with two sides welded with cold rolled U-steel, the surface is plated with color zinc for rust prevention and spray epoxy resin after acid washing, phosphatization and electrostatic powder by carbon dioxide arc welding to make acid-alkali resistant surface. The adhesion of protective layer meets the requirements of drop impact test and static load bearing＞250kg. Supporting column can be directly hung beside the cabinet without damaging the wall.
框架：
钢支架采用40*60的冷轧矩形钢管，支撑立柱为同规格钢管两面组焊镶嵌冷轧槽钢，表面电镀彩锌作防锈预处理，经二氧化碳冷焊组合后再酸洗、磷化并静电粉沫喷涂环氧化树脂防护层作耐酸碱耐腐蚀表面处理，其保护层附着力经落物撞击测试合格，静态承重＞250公斤，支撑立柱可直接悬挂呆柜，无须破坏墙身。
Sink: laboratory dedicated high quality PP sink with good acid and alkali resistant performance.
Water nozzle: laboratory dedicated nozzle with copper ceramic valve core and the whole surface is sprayed with epoxy resin electrostatic powder.
Three-mouth test faucet: laboratory dedicated three-mouth test faucet made of copper and the surface is sprayed with EPOXY coating. It is acid/alkali/rust resistant.
Adjustable combination anchor: having the characteristics of anti-skid, shock absorption, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and strong bearing force.
Reagent shelf and plywood: aluminum reagent shelf with aluminum alloy support, plywood is 10mm thick frosted glass with double layer structure. It has different height of holes and height can be adjusted according to the actual need.
